They did a great job and were very professional. He offered to check a few other things as we were having issues with a stove and he explained what would cause this issue. He went above and beyond. They were a great company to work with and will certainly use them again.

I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone who values their time or money. The customer service is terrible. We had Ray come out for a quote and paid the trip fee. The repair he suggested was expensive enough that it made more sense for us to buy a new oven. Brenda contacted me and asked if another repairman could come look at our oven. Lupe suggested another repair and we paid $300 to have our oven fixed. The repair did not solve the problem. They have come out 6 different times and they have no showed 11 times. ELEVEN times I rearranged my schedule so I could be available and they didn't show up. They also don't answer my calls until I call from another number half the time. Marlene agreed to refund my money last week and I agreed to let them take our old oven and the part they replaced as I ordered a new oven to be delivered tomorrow. Just today, they said they would show up at 2, said they were on their way at 4:20 and again at 6:20. Still no one has showed up and no one is answering my calls. The lack of communication between the office staff and technicians and the outright lies have been ridiculously unprofessional. I'm out my money and a ton of time.

Lupe and his wife came out and fixed my GE Monogram and now it runs better than it has run in years. I would highly recommend this company. I had two other companies who came out last year and after guessing what the problem was never resolved anything and charged me more for their "expert" guessing!

They are fabulous people. Brenda who dispatches the workers is the sweetest lady and got someone to the house quickly. The repairs were done professionally for a reasonable price.

Great job! We needed a washer repaired and he did it extremely fast! He also fixes other appliances! Excellent customer service and is flexible with your schedule.

This company is the real thing. Really here to help their customers. Jesse cleaned the lint in my dryer and it looks just like new. Professional, on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do without any added cost. I differently will use them and tell everyone about them.

Lupe the technician was very honest with me. I had left a switch on the wall off, simple as flipping a switch, don't think of it if I don't use it often, someone else would have taken me for a ride, he was honest and sincere. I gave him a little extra because I appreciated that he was on the up and up. I will definitely hire them again if ever the need arises and I will definitely recommend them to others. Lupe arrived within the hour @ 5:30 in the evening. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The dishwasher wasn't wasn't draining properly but he had it fixed within i/2 an hour. He then gave us some hints on how to avoid that problem in the future.. We would definitely call him again.

Outstanding performance! - I'm always in search for a TRUSTWORTHY & accurate assessment of my particular need. After diagnosis of my Maytag Ref./Freezer, repairs were performed with a follow up adjustment (at no charge) . Very satisfied with their service, not to mention A Superior saved me Hundreds of $$. Many service companies work on what I call THE 3,s (Cost x 3)+ (Labor) + (profile). Like all of us, I understand cost & profit. That's why a fair Quote is so appreciated. They arrived in about an hour which was great. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly. I was able to get to work on time.

Came back at its expense to replace a faulty motherboard. Dryer has worked better than new, so A Superior actually gave us a better-than-the-factory-version dryer. Brenda on the phone is gracious and sweet listener. Company hours are compatible with our worktime as well (as late as 11 p.m., Brenda claims, but someone showed up at 8 on a follow-up call--again, FREE). I can't give enough glowing comments about these folks, but they're heaven-sent.

I have never dealt with a company with such sincerity! They went above and beyond the industry norm. The company that makes my washer was charging 90.00 just to come out or they suggested I purchase their 1 year maintenance plan which cost 348.00 I only paid 398.00 for it new! Superior came out, fixed the washer and charged only for the service call. By the way, their service charge is 50.00, 25.00 if you are 55 or older. What company does that ! Kudos to Superior. I have told everyone I know about them .

The person (a young lady) that responded to my call was very helpful in trying to resolve my problem and work with me in doing the job as affordable as possible. the repairman came out within an hour and half and was very friendly, professional and had my washer fixed in about 20 minutes. I'm passing their name to family& friends.
