Swamp Cooler Service or Repair
Jeff brought my swamp cooler back from near-death a couple of years ago and since then has been my goto guy for maintenance. My swamp cooler is the most functional one in the neighborhood albeit the ugliest, until this fall when his crew scraped off the calcium carbonate build-up and painted it. Now it not only works like new, but looks like it as well. Best customer service anywhere! Thanks guys!!!

I put my info in on Home Advisor Sunday evening after sitting in a very hot house all day. Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and was able to come fix my air conditioner that afternoon. The price I was charged was more then fair and actually lower then I expected, he doesn't over charge for parts. Gave me tips on how to keep my unit running great. He is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable. My house is cool again. I would recommend him over anyone!! THANK YOU JEFF 😀

Hired to lube swamp cooler. Came out same day as my call. Jeff showed me video of bearings and advised should be replaced this fall or next spring. He provided part number from Lowes. I'll call for an appointment this fall. Good guy!

On Friday the tech all the panels and cleaned out Swamp cooler, had to go to home depot to get the water adapter , he got the wrong part and left again and went to R and purchased the same wrong part and he left. I went to Home Depot and purchased the correct part and install it myself. He returned Monday after noon and check out the water supply, turned on the unit and it worked fine and charged me $150.00. A week later I herd it squeaking. I took off the panels and found a rusty loose bearing and a cracked belt. The Tech had all four panels off and didn't notice the rusty loose bearing and cracked belt. I went to Lowe's and purchased a new bearing and belt. Replaced it myself and did not want the tech back.

The job was done in a timely manner with good communication throughout. Scheduling of service was prompt, and arrival time communicated through-out the day. They took pictures before and after the problem. They are already on my schedule to be called for next years cleaning. Great service !

It turned out that the only thing wrong with my furnace was the flame sensor. The guy cleaned it off, sprayed some dirt out of the pan, and said my filter was in the wrong way. I'm extremely thankful for his help and professionalism, but $75 for what amounted to less than 15 minutes of work is pretty steep. I learned my lesson, I'll go spend money at Lowe's or Home Depot to buy a post cleaner and some canned air.

We are based in Pueblo, or technician drives to your location to diagnose the issues. We have vehicle costs like gas and insurance. We are insured and highly trained. All of which costs money. Home Advisor charges us for your lead. Their service is free for you but not to us. Sorry you feel that value isn't there. A lot of companies throw parts to increase there total we could've done this however we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. Therefore we want to keep your total as low as possible."

Not happy with man, used words like I dont know l, never seen that before, I needed someone to guide me in solving my problem, I was told they would help me on the phone, then when guy arrived, used key words and charged me for showing up, but I am as puzzled as I was before he came, asked him to look at servicing heater and was told I never seen an electric heater before, huh, thanks for nothing

Woke up to cold house. Called Jeff and he promptly came out and replaced the furnace igniter for a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring furnace service. Will call him for all my future furnace repair needs

Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Jeff called me right away, and was able to get someone to my house within a few hours, on short notice. Took less than one hour to repair my service. The rates quoted were fair and reasonable and Jeff even called the next day to see if everything was ok. I've used many other companies to service my home care needs, but will keep A Superior service as my first choice in home repair.

DO NOT HESITATE to call A Superior Service!!! They got our Swamp cooler running for the summer, & so we called Jeff yesterday to get it shut down for winter. And he was able to come this morning & do that for us! It might not sound like a big important job but when you or your disabled husband can't do it, it's a HUGE deal! We are SO THANKFUL to Jeff for his high-quality professionalism & will continue to use A Superior Service for our cooling & heating needs/problems!!! God Bless You Guys! They were absolutely great, always courteous, quick and professional.

My request for services was immediately responded to by Jeff who scheduled a convenient time with me a day out. Jeff arrived on time. Although I missed my appointment window, I called Jeff and he came back within fifteen minuets and had my furnace repaired with the needed part. My Air Condition was up and running within ten to fifteen minuets. Jeff was very pleasant, friendly, efficient and a true professional. I was extremely satisfy and would highly recommend Jeff. He's AWESOME!!!!
