For the past 20 years, we have operated by “word of mouth” by your friends and neighbors. Making sure every project completed, is done with absolute craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dude is a complete psychopath that owns this pathetic so called company. I?m guessing he?s out of business because it?s permanently closed now on Google thank god. This guy will take thousands of dollars of your money and never do the job. Do not hire this scam artist whatever you do!

They are by far the worst company, that I had interacted with, I spent 41 years in management and part of my responsibility was to interact with contractors from all over the world, but I have never interacted with a man like Jon, never. His workers were fabulous, and apologizing for the conduct of his boss, we had two of their workers an additional day to finish the project before they all quit because the treatment to their workers was outrageous, we spent 6 months arguing with Jon, he kept insisting that his mistake wasn't a mistake, half of my driveway has fallen 3 inches during the time he did the installation, promised he would stay until he finished, the project continued and hasn't finished after many months, We are pursuing a lawsuit currently, I would tell someone else he is an example of what not to be. I have not anything good to say about him or his wife or girlfriend

After my last review, they contacted me to apologize and schedule a time to come and repair their error. They were a no-show and still have not come to fix the chimney. They have not called and do not answer when we call. I would not recommend this company for any type of work.

The chimney cap came off the chimney they repaired and we found it was not properly installed. When we called to ask them to fix it they 1) said they call right back 2) never called 3) didn't answer my calls 4) never called back when I left messages.

Our chimney needed major repairs with pointing and crown replacement. They fit our repair work into their schedule to get us buttoned up for winter. Their work was neat and tidy and took pride in their work.

Extreme high pressure initial visit Including threats of visit from fire marshal if we did not agree to the work Second opinion showed gross over exaggeration of problems. We lost more than $3000 by canceling the contract

"We normally try to be so polite and minimize everything in these reviews to show that we always believe ?the customer is always right? but unfortunately we can?t do that when your blatantly lying. When we first came out to your home, which I?m guessing you forgot about the pictures we have from that day, as per your request we checked your class A stack pipe that vents your wood stove. And the top cap and section were so badly caked with glazed over creosote that your unit wasn?t even venting. (Which happened in the first place bc you burn wet wood that just sits out in the elements with no cover) When You were showed these pictures you asked"

A good experience. The crew worked very hard and did a good job. They stayed late and cleaned the area. Plenty of pictures and explanations were very helpful. Our job turned out to be bigger than expected, and they did their best juggling schedules and work. We would hire them again.

"Wow, we are very surprised that you have edited your review 11 months later. You had originally left us 4.5 stars in all rating categories and only recently changed that. I only wish that when we first came out and gave you the original estimate that you opted to go with the full chimney rebuild and full roof replacement instead of telling us that you do not think it needs it and making us only do the rebuild from the roofline up and only the flashing around the bc chimney in the roof. Once we got your chimney down to the roofline and you saw how badly the rest of the brick deteriorated and that we literally did not have to use a single tool."

Murphys law hit us at every turn and was stressful for everyone, but obstacles were overcome and job completed. This went from a simple retuck pointing to a full rebuild. The joys of owning a 90 year old house.
