They ran late and my wife had to call them to find out when they were going to arrive, but once they did she really liked the service. The price was much lower than other companies quoted. The technician did a very good inspection and described everything he saw. They did a nice job of cleaning out the chimney and firebox. I thought that the visit and inspection was free from my phone call with the company. That was not the case but if you had the cleaning done then the quoted price included the inspection.

This is the second time I have used this company. They do quality work.

Mis-measured the chimney cap and failed to account for the cement crown after looking at the work to be done on two separate occasions...so cap will not be able to be installed with having to redo the crown at an added expense. Still in the process of resolving this.

They were extremely helpful and professional. I was very pleased with their services.

Jon and Justin were professional, fast, efficient, courteous and mindful of my daughters special needs. They also took pictures in the moment and emailed them to me before and after the work. They wanted me to see first hand what they were doing. They cleaned up completely and I would hire them and recommend them to everyone!

John was able to perform the inspection and rectify all issues the same day for a great value. The speed, quality, and customer service of this Company deserves more than five stars.

I just got a quote, but I did have to pay to have them look at it. I was very pleased, they were very thorough. The quote came back with reasonable prices and I was very happy with the customer service. They were late though. That was frustrating only because I did not get a call saying they would be late.
