Trash company they did a shitty job on my fence and refused to be pay employees also not a company id recommend using

We paid for gutters and covers ..he did not install all my gutter covers .only did half paid him $500 ..I ask how come he didn't install all the covers ..He said I didn't measure right.. I texted him plenty of times no response.. Would not recommend !!!

Held off for over a month to give Mr. Cardenas the benefit of the doubt and to come back and complete work before writing a review, however, it is pretty obvious he has no intention of doing so. I hired Alpha Texas Gutters to install gutters with covers and was given a price by Mr. Cardenas for both with and without covers. They came out and installed gutters and seemed to do an ok job. However, after I had paid Mr. Cardenas I went to check that the covers were installed, and lo and behold no covers. That is when Mr. Cardenas began to use the same excuses others have claimed (van breaking down) and stopped answering my calls altogether. His texts all said the same things and were excuses to basically ignore me. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the bad reviews. Do not fall for the veteran, Christian, father lines used on his website. I have given Alpha Texas Gutters plenty of opportunities to come and do the right thing and complete the work with no response. When I finally asked for a refund for the difference in price I completely stopped hearing from Mr. Cardenas. I have evidence of full payment and texts from Mr. Cardenas saying he would come back to complete work or get in touch with me and he has yet to do so any response claiming otherwise are total lies.

Although a majority of the gutter work was done correctly, I am disappointed overall with how they came out. Also, A.T gutters was slow to follow up and address the issue. They actually never did and slowly stopped answering. I would not recommend it.

They did a good job and cleaned up after. The price was fair! so no complaints.

Ran late on installation day. Work isn't finished yet. Probably will take two days. One long run of gutter on side of house looks a little dented in and not completely straight along the entire run, makes me think that metal might not be as heavy-duty as I would like. The guys are great, work hard, very respectful.

Christopher & Alex did a wonderful job installing our gutters & spouts. Christopher listened to my requests about the various spout placements. When A.T. gutters show up to do the job, they do it well. I just had a little hard time with time schedules with Christopher because he's so busy but other than that, they did a wonderful job. Christopher & Alex are both very nice people. I recommend them!

Promised work was not done correctly or completely. Tried to add charges for downspout that were not in original or supplemental estimates. Long delays in completing a project. Procrastinated 2 weeks with no progress being made. He promised to show up and did not for several days. He never responded to text until days later. Never was on time. Promised pictures of second-story gutters before and after. Did not get either. Did not give a written estimate for work, I had to ask to take a picture of it.

This company is unresponsive to get the issues corrected.

Very professional, a little pricey

Had some work quality issues with the installers, but Chris quickly fixed the problem. Chris was also kind to correct a mis-match color that was my mistake at no charge to me. Best price and guarantee in the business!

Great communication overall. Showed up on time for estimate. Didn't show for scheduled initial work date (contacted and apologized), however, did show up following day and did an outstanding job. I would hire them again for future work.

Honest and dependable service

This company was professional and true to their work. They were prompt and covid-19 friendly. I would recommend to anybody. Good Job!

Chris and his crew are fast, professional, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

He is very incompetent and when given a chance to fix the issues and get a better rating he was going to come out in the morning and do it himself. Morning came and went and he text at 11:30 saying he is on his way. well, once a liar always a liar. Very bad work ethics and then calls you rude and a spade because he cannot keep his word... I would not recommend this company due to their equipment failure and work quality is very poor at the least. Damages one gutter and hammers out the dent (sort of) and puts up damaged material anyway. Again not a **true veteran**, as he does not stand behind his word or workmanship.

He does not honor his warranty, installed gutters to my house that were poorly installed incorrectly, gutters were leaking water and not collecting the waters. The joints were not sealed, he left damage to my house. the gutters are not attached to the house and its hanging lose and hitting the side of my house. He has been avoiding calls and he is invasive, not showing up for the repairs that he said he would fix. He took my money and disappeared. Just want to update and read the comment Chris wrote. Chris had asked me to delete my bad review. No because when you tell the truth you only have to tell it one time. I want people to not make the same MISTAKE I did and choose a more reputable company. This is honest truthful review. Unlike Chris response. Tell the truth shame the devil. Someone else in my neighborhood used him and had bad reviews of how he never finished the job and took their money. If you have that many bad reviews saying the same thing story. Everyone canâ t be lying Chris.

I had gutters replaced on March 10th. Great customer service and very professional. Excellent job cleaning after work done. Worked from 9:30am - 8:45pm to complete job same day. Would definitely recommend Alpha Texas Gutters to anyone.
