He is an excellent home inspector and has inspected multiple homes for us. He is extremely detailed, thorough, and truly focused on the client’s best interest. Because of his attention to detail and ability to catch things others might miss, we’ve been able to negotiate discounts on homes during the purchasing process. Highly recommend him.

Greg is inexperienced and doesn?t stay in his lane. He comments on observations that don?t pertain to home inspections and has a lack of awareness when leaving a home. He is careless in his work and proven to be wrong after second opinions.
Homeowners beware. This inspector needs to be inspected.

Unfortunately rental tenants were in the house and quite adversely affected the work. I know it would've been a very thorough job otherwise, but I would not like to see anyone get hurt. Greg handled himself admirably and professionally. I couldn't ask for more. Very good report and quickly done.
