The Technician recommended the wrong part. They should have looked up the model and manual online then looked up the part # there. I spent the last 4 days driving around town looking for part then come to find out it the part is not for my model.

I had the wrong system to be installed and the guy was so patience and throughly explained I could tell he really was an expert in his field. In addition the company is organized and should up on time. They are polite and Although I was not able to use them at the moment, I definitely will for future needs.
