ATM Mechanical has been a well-established company since 1980, providing impeccable service and workmanship to Frederick County, Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. We focus on kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels. We are a Third Generation company with over 100 years of combined experience with all work done by family and friends.Our employees understand that "the customer is always right", they realize that the customer pays their salary. Without the customer they have no job. We provide the customer with a payment schedule throughout the course of the job. This allows the customer to pay step by step so they are satisfied when the job is complete. Tony, the owner, will personally provide a free estimate at which time he will also provide you with pictures and references.

Professionalism was not the motivation for this project. From day one till end, project was a mismanaged mess. Contractor would not return phone calls or show up on time, as promised, when replacing door frame, a person was hired to finish and it was a disaster. I had to complain to have it replaced properly. Upon removal of old ceiling drywall and repair with green board, the "paint ready" promise was not satisfactory. When I told contractor, he said it would cost more to bring in a professional to do the finish. I completed the project of the ceiling myself. All hired contractors that were involved were not professional.

The project manager came out and gave us an estimate for the project and made several good suggestions. The workers were very good and very helpful and left the house in good order. They had to sub out some painting work and those workers were not nearly as good as the full time staff but the full time staff corrected problems left behind by the subs. About three weeks after the project was completed we had a major leak due to a caulking problem but it was taken care of within a week of reporting the problem. So far, there are no other problems and I'm pleased with the completion of the project.

The work turned out great. If I had any little detail I was not happy with, ATM was more than happy to fix it. Very Courteous, and easy to talk to. My job was a complete Bathroom demo, and build out. It was not an easy job by any means. I would recommend ATM to do the work on your remodel.

ATM Mechanical provided us with 2 completely new bathrooms that increased the value of our new home dramatically. Every portion of our new bathroom was built to our specifications. This was the first time that we ever had any major renovation work done and we really didn't know what to expect, but we never felt as if we were in over our heads. If you need a kitchen or bathroom remodeled, you would be crazy not to give ATM Mechanical a chance to come out and take a look at your job. Trust me....It's worth it.

Anthony and his family at ATM Mechanical are hard workers, courteous and extremely knowledgable. Tony came up with creative ideas that we used when redesigning our shower around an existing tub and tile. I needed help and they delivered! The shower is absolutely gorgeous and the change is remarkable. We would highly recommend ATM Mechanical for ANY future remodeling assignment. I would encourage anyone to get a quote today!

The job was a remodel of a hallbath. The tile work was done well, the installation of the faucet in the tub is loose and the sink vaniety was installed poorly, the drawers rub against the wall, etc. I was very disappointed!!

I chose ATM Mechanical for this bathroom project. I was not satisfied at all. I feel they did no planning prior to the start of the job. On the last day of the project, I, the home owner, had to instruct the craftsmen how to complete a specific task. The vantity installed did not fit the area. We are left with a sizable gap that is filled in with calk. This was to be a three part project that I have stopped at the partial completion of phase #1. My experience with ATM has been very diaspointing

We just signed the contract today. So far, we are very impressed. Tony has helped explain every step of the upcoming process. He has also helped give pointers on chosing appropriate products. He takes a great deal of pride in his company and has impressive refrences. He has not tried to rush us into quick decisions, but is concerned that we are pleased with all of the plans. Will rate when completed.
