The project was to replace two broken 4x4 cedar fence posts. Instead they added two more posts right next to the existing posts along with putting support rails on top of existing support rails. Everything should have been replaced. Instead we have 4 posts supporting a single section of fencing instead of two which looks absolutely awful. I do not recommend them for any type of fence work. Will try to add pictures.

"Hi Laura, While we appreciate feed back we also feel that it should have been noted that the fence repair in question was on a fence that was quite old and we showed you where places were completely rotted though and was the primary reason the fence fell during last year's spring storms. We tried to remove the old posts however, the deck that was built up against the fence also significantly hindered access to the area in question further complicating the situation. We completely understand that the full replacement of that portion of fence was not a financial possibility at the time and therefore we offered to add the two supporting posts and the rails to ensure that the fence would not fall again as it had already done so twice. While the aesthetic was not what we would have normally liked either, we were limited by the over all stability of the structure itself and deemed that in trying to accommodate your budget and secure the tenant's property, we did the best we could. Again, we are sorry that it could not check all of the boxes. Sincerely, Rachel"

Wow, with so many horrible providers out there it was a pleasure working with Atom Construction. Rachel communicates with you right away and was always available. She is ex Army and it shows. Always love to support our Vets! Her crew is her, her husband and a cousin. All very respectful and great people to work with. Nice to actually have the person who comes give you the quote show up every morning and put in a full day. They care about how the job looks as if it was there own place. I am extremely happy with the out turn of my project.

I am over the moon with what a fantastic job this company did! From the very beginning, they took the time to listen to what we were looking for, help teach and educate us on areas we did not understand, and executed everything perfectly. We were able to review what we wanted, schedule, and complete the project in just around a weeks time. The crew was professional and did such a great job executing and cleaning up afterwards. I love this company and will be coming back for future projects!
