The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared. He had the part needed for my unit on hand. I did not have to wait for him to order the part. Also, he responded to the service call request very quickly even on a rainy day. Also, I received same day service.

Outstanding customer service!!! Had an emergency at a rental property, heard from Dave the owner and Lee the service mgr and we're able to get unit repaired in a few hours. Technician Marcus was great as well. Called when he was on the way, he was knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job - will use again!!

They called within an hour of me posting on Homeadvisor on a Sunday. I was the 1st appointment Monday morning< the service call fee was reasonable and the repairs were complete by Tuesday evening.

There was some confusion as to the location of the tech whe I called them so I had to wait longer than normal I suspect. The wait was worth it. My house was freakin hot and Marcus got me cooled off in no time once he arrived. I'll use their services in the future for my AC needs.
