Air Technical Services Inc. was founded 40 years ago on the principle that quality service, honesty, integrity and competitive pricing will produce success. We specialize in commercial, industrial and medical air conditioning and heating needs. We provide sales, service, testing and all types of preventative maintenance contracts. We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's custom needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. I have a Kohler standby generator. My generator would not start with an error code of locked engine rotor. Robert the technician figured it was just a relay problem not a bad rotor. They did a fantastic job. On another note their yearly maintenance contract is really reasonable compared to other companies

Take it from an engineer - this is the company you want to ensure you have power when the grid goes down. AirTech is first rate and their customer service is the absolute best. I would gladly hire them again. You will regret going to someone else.

I couldn't decide between a liquid cooled or air cooled generator at first. I decided on the liquid cooled so hopefully, there will be a lot less maintenance on it. It took about 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive, but it was installed and running quickly when it got here. The sales appointment was about as easy and low pressure as it gets. I'd call ATS again.

Everything went smoothly for the installation and purchase of my whole home generator. I decided to go with Kohler because of the natural gas powered engine. The installation process took about 6 days, but there was clear communication the whole time from ATS. 10/10 recommend.
