My experience with ATX Seamless Gutters was exceptional! From start to finish, it was a veritable lesson in how to provide excellent customer service. When I first called to schedule a free estimate, I spoke with Stephanie, who was super pleasant, and she told me, â ...Brian might be in your area...â later that day, and she would check with him. Sure enough, a little while later I got a text from Brian saying he would swing by in 30 minutes. Keep in mind that the other three gutter companies I had called for an estimate couldnâ t come out for two weeks! Bryan arrived and we discussed what I wanted in terms of the gutter job and he made some recommendations. He was low-key, no pressure, and knowledgeable. Long story short, I chose ATX because I was impressed that Brian came out for the estimate on the same day I called, and he was super knowledgeable plus totally laid-back. No high-pressure sales talk. And the estimate from ATX was LITERALLY HALF of the estimate from another company for a full wrap of 6-inch gutters! So, the decision was a no brainer. Also, instead of getting a crumpled piece of triplicate paper as an estimate, ATX sent me a link to my personal online estimate. And after the installation, I was able to pay my invoice at that link. No money changed hands with any person. Brian and a co-worker completed the gutter installation in one day, and the color of the new gutters matched the paint of my house exactly! They look fantastic! And, if all that were not enough, I decided a week after the installation that I wanted to extend one of the downspouts in a different direction. I texted Brian and asked how much he would charge me for a B-elbow joint in the same color that matched my house paint. He responded in less than five minutes and said, â donâ t worry about it,â and said he would drop one off the next day. And then when he arrived, instead of just dropping off the free part, he insisted on screwing the B-elbow joint to the new downspout extension that I had bought from Home Depot, using his gutter specific screws and washers. All for nothing. No additional charge whatsoever! Honestly, I could not be happier with the gutter installation performed by ATX Seamless Gutters! I highly recommend them!

This man is a liar he does not tell the truth he just wants to take your money and go and then you cannot get a hold of him. Don't get him to put gutters on your home. You will be unhappy.

The crew as very professional and attentive to the special needs of the project. We had gutters installed around the whole house and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing gutters installed, repaired or cleaned.

They were slow sending my receipt and when they did it was not detailed enough. I talked with the owner to see if he could send me a invoice with more detailed information and he said he would. Never got it.

I needed someone to clean the gutters. It's not a big job and I could have hired a local from Craig's list (with the usual headaches), but these guys met all my conditions and no headache. They matched what I had paid last year, did a good job cleaning the gutters and even fixed the occasional loose/misaligned gutter. Thanks

Does not honor warranty We hired ATX Seamless Gutters to repair our gutters, specifically to reseal the four miters in January 2017. The work came with a two year warranty specified on the invoice. At the end of August 2017 we observed that the corners were leaking again and contacted the company to make repairs. We were asked to provide a picture of what needed to be repaired, which we did and we were then told that they would come out that week. They did not. We contacted them again on 9-6-17, 9-16-17 and again on 9-20-17 and each time were were told that they would be out but no one would come. We again contacted them in March 2018 as we observed another miter that had been repaired was leaking. We were told someone would be out a week and a half later however no one has been out and no further contact had been made. Does not honor warranty and gives you the run around. I challenge this company to either respond to this review and make it right within two weeks with new warranty or give us our money back since they can't be bothered to come back after 5 requests to come fix. (Invoice #98). Also, if you go through the one star or less reviews you will observe that there seems to be a pattern of this company not responding or returning to make repairs.
