Mr. Targett and I spoke on the phone and set an appointment for Tuesday between 9 and 9:30 AM. He never showed and never called. I called multiple times and left a message and he never returned the call. The job was for my mother-in-law and she called and left a message and he never called her either. I can understand someone having an emergency but it is unprofessional to set an appointment and not even call if you cannot make it.
