Ryan and crew just finished cleaning the exterior of our house. He set a fair price, showed up on time, and did a very good job getting rid of dirt, moss and other growth on our siding and walkway. He took time to explain what cleaners we could/should use to clean other things in our back yard. He was local to us, we both have Warrenton addresses, and had been referred by our next door neighbor. We weren't disappointed.

This company really knows what they're doing when it comes to removing "black algae" All their work is done thru chemistry. There is no power washing, no scrubbing and no use of chemicals that will damage the roof. Looks like my 15 year old rood is "new"

There was one small thing that didn't get completed, but they came right out and fixed that straight away. Higher prices than some, but I definitely got better value and I am very pleased.

Did the job while I was at work and billed me for it. I never met them but they did a great job and were very accommodating with my schedule. Less expensive than another quote I got, but still not a cheap service.

Roof Cleaning Service
I was especially pleased with their rate and with Ryan's "always willing to please" attitude. A couple of shingles came off in the cleaning process. Ryan was back out to fix the problem with not a hint of "a blame game" attitude other contractors sometimes have in trying to absolve themselves. I would use them again and would only ask that they not call me so early in the AM. Pat Browne

It was a very complex process to seal my very large arbor, so I was happy to find a contractor willing to undertake it. And overall it came out well. However, during the initial phase of the process, an acid wash of the wood, there was some damage to my plants and to some of my landscape lighting. During the staining, a lot of drips and spills occurred on my siding and brick patio. While they've faded over time, I believe they could have been avoided. When the staining was completed, the team moved by patio furniture back. I found out later that the newly applied stain was still dripping - right on the sofa cushions. Disappointed.
Response from A-Team Custom Pro Wash
"Yeah...this was a tough one (job). We offered to replace the plants and the lighting fixture. Reagarding the drips, i have no excuse, however the sofa cushions were not stained by us, but from what I believe to be natural dirt or weathering. We would just simply never put furniture under wood that was (dripping)."

Roof Cleaning Service
Friendly, professional guys who got the job done superbly on VERY short notice. They got rid of mold on our roof, plus some grime on our siding. They even did our garage for free just because they thought it should look as nice as the rest. TOP NOTCH. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Roof Cleaning Service
They did a fine job on the moss on my roof. I also had them wash my siding and porch railing which gleams now. We did have a problem when they got water into my FIOS box but the problem may have been from the FIOS install. They are also going to stain my gazebo and a couple other backyard features when they are dry. Both Ryan and Richard were very nice and even tried to fix the FIOS box.

I would recommend meeting with the A Team rep.and discussing the exact expectations of the job while looking at the home. We tried to do this with a home/site visit while I was not home and discussing it over the phone. Although my gutters could not be cleaned (not advised), every effort was made to compensate for this. The cleaning of the vinyl siding and the removal of the algae and some mold was well done. [Submit Ratings]
