Hakeem called within minutes of registering my problem on homeadvisor. We talked about the issue and he offered to come out immediately, despite it being after 9PM. With no immediate emergency, we agreed for him to come the next morning. He was here at 8AM, surveyed my broken water heater and within 3 hours we had a new, gas, vented, water heater installed and running. Fast, efficient, good value - I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and will call him again in a heartbeat for any future HVAC issues we have.

The pro spent a good part of Christmas day stabilizing my boiler so that I had heat and the water stopped running on the floor. I had a new boiler in two days. He left my basement dry and clean. His rates are reasonable.

Excellent Plumber, good communicator updating on ETA . He uses high quality fittings and valves. Customer service oriented with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Polite and reasonable. He has a edge over other contractors due to the use of high end Rigid & Milwaukee tools which saves us time with precision copper tool cutting. Reasonable price and will highly recommend for any plumbing job.

Hakeem came right away and diagnosed a malfunctioning circulator. He came back the next morning and replaced it, and charged reasonably. I will definitely use him again!
