Hakeem came over 1st thing in the morning when our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. He 1st tried to see if replacing a certain part would fix the problem. When it did not work he replaced the furnace and was able to get it all done very quickly as we were having extremely cold weather at the time. He was very reasonable with the price to do everything, and even text me the next day to be sure everything was running smoothly.. we have since used him to replace our toilet and has replaced my front screen door. His quality of work on everything he has done in my home has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use him again and I would highly recommend him.

Initially, it looked like it went great. Once the unit was in operation, we would hear banging noises several times each night. I brought that up to Hakeem, but we could not reproduce the noise in the few minutes he was there. So he just dismissed my concern. Only a little over 2 years later the system broke. Not only could he not fix it, but he also refused to help me find someone who could. He got rather snotty with me and ignores my phone calls and most of my texts in the middle of the winter. He has no compassion for his customers in a time of need. I paid him over $20,000 to have this faulty system installed. Very disappointed. The electrician he recommended did questionable work as well. Leaving holes in the fuse box and wires sagging on the outside of the house. As another person, i am seeing mold in my attic, which appeared after Hakeems Installation. Hakeem makes a lot of excuses but does not fix his mistakes.

Excellent service from the A-Team. Put in a request for plumbing services and they immediately responded and had me scheduled that morning. Had the issue repaired within a few hours and were reasonably priced. Very professional. Will use them again in the future.

I had the displeasure of having Hakeem and his team install a Heat Pump at my home that they stated would heat and cool my home. To say they did a horrendous job was an understatement. The system could not service my home and failed to give us adequate heat starting first week of December. In addition to the mechanical failure, due to not understanding the math associated with HVAC, the work was sloppy. It looked like it was executed by a first timer. Furthermore, prior to this job and before my ownership of the home, I just learned how poorly Hakeem did in installing all the duct work for the homes heating system. He did zero calculation of CFMs for the system, failed to insulate ducts, causing massive condensation and mold damage. I am currently in the process of having a reputable company redo all his work and I am in the process of taking him to small claims court. To any customer who is considering Hakeem, I assure you that his cheap prices come at a major cost. If you are considering using him, please contact me, I would be more than willing to show you images of his work, images of the destruction of his work, and the write-up from several other contractors about the failure of his systems and install.

They are punctual, professional, courteous, and most importantly reasonably priced. Highly recommended. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Hakeem is great ..super helpful he knows what he is doing..had a lil leak in my bathroom that he checked and said only needed a lil tightening he fixed it didn't charged... Sure is go to person for all plumbing issues..thanks hakeem

Hakeem the dream!! Hired A-Team for several jobs. Installed a kitchen faucet, added an outdoor spigot and replaced another. I later had them repair some water damage in bathroom and repair a roof. Always well priced, on time and conscientious and trustworthy. Just an outstanding company. Hakeem and Bill are great.

Hakeem and his partner furnished and installed a new shower body for our leaky bathroom. I really cannot express properly how pleased I am with A-Team’s competence, professionalism, skill, and pleasantness!! We have had this repair waiting for a long time, and finally we decided to call someone! Hakeem expressed incredible knowledge when talking about our repair. He also demonstrates pride in his work, and made recommendations that would ensure that we will not have any problems in the future.
