Ken and Andi do great work. They took their time and were very thorough in looking into my bat issues and got my house all sealed up. I am extremely satisfied with their service and they ended up getting a mouse out of my garage as well. I also had them spray for for wasps as well after discussing and its has been much better than past years.

Ken and his associate Jim, were courteous, prompt and professional. Ken went out of his way to insure we were completely satisfied with the work performed, and even fixed a problem on the roof we knew nothing about, he and Jim showed compassion on the Mother Racoon and her 3 babies. We are so pleased with the work performed by these young men.

I contacted HomeAdvisor on a Sunday afternoon about a yellow jacket infestation and no sooner had I gotten off the computer, Ken, from A Team Pest Control contacted me and was out that evening to get rid of them! What can I say about A-Team Pest prevention and removal! I had a major bee issue. Very serious and dangerous issue! I dealt with Home Advisor in the past ! HomeAdvisor gave me two pest removal and prevention contractors . I called the wrong one. sad part was I called one of his competitions first! That service Was playing phone tag with me for 3 days when you have a serious issue this is not okay!. Which I totally regret now not calling Ken first! I finally called a wonderful, professional, immediately phone call, and Ken's response time was an hour and a half after my initial phone call and text! What can I say about Ken and A-Team pest prevention and removal! They were absolutely wonderful! They explain the procedure and I had many questions that they answered ! The bees are gone ! Totally satisfied !!! I have recommend Ken to all my friends and family in the Western New York area! Definitely no more horse flying around ! I will be calling Ken again for all my issues in the future!!!

Had bat in house late about 10 pm and my husband had just had open heart surgery. Ken was to our house about 45 minutes later and caught the bat with in 15 minutes. We had him come back to do an inspection of the house to see where these bats were coming in. He found a spot by our dormer and fixed it. Ken is a very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend him.

ken came to my house in 45min,after calling him.he located the bat in about 15 min(not an easy task). I would like t give him 6 stars for coming as quickly as he did.he also did an exterior inspection of the house for possible entry point.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ken came out the same day. He was very helpful in helping us find were the critters whergetting in. He was accomidating and down to earth. Not giving all 5s yet because he was just here & as of yet no rodants have been caught.

He came out this morning & was very professional in assessing the rodent problem and treating my basement & around the house with PET SAFE traps. We are doing a follow up in 3 months to be sure the problem is taken care of. TYSM for making this feel less over welming.
