A-Team Property Management and Maintenance

Good response to my initial contact. Even though my yard clean-up request was made on a short notice, and during a couple of days of on/off heavy rain, they got the job completed as promised.

Response was quick, and Roseanne was able to schedule my job in just a few days. They cleaned up the yard as requested (no urging to do stuff I d said I didn t want) in about the amount of time quoted. Price was fair.

I was thrilled to reach them on the first try, I like Robert from my town, got them one week - great job; called and called for follow up, they came second time... now... no return calls, texts, etc. Never came back to finish much work! Unreliable. Very disappointed as Roseann promised me the moon and the stars!!! Disappointing.

I hired this service. They came the following week and mowed on a Wednesday. The next week on Thursday. This week...never mowed or will not answer a call. They left me hanging. My opinion is the company needs to figure out if they are doing landscaping or mowing. Their crew is to small for both. They are unreliable in my opinion. I would not recommend them.

We just hires A-Team and they responded quick, came and looked over the property and gave us a good rate. They came out next day and were very professional and friendly.

Honest reliable crew. They completed the job on time and went the extra mile repairing some steps in the basement so we would be safe. We will hire them again for other projects. Friendly, informative and courteous.

They did a one time job. They trimmed shrubs & fixed a stone patio. My regular landscaper was too busy to do the shrubs. They did a nice job.

Very unprofessional, did not do a quality job. I had to hire another company to fix the mess they made of our yard.

The problem I have with most crews and subcontractors is the lack of communication. I'll call, I'll email, and then I'll wait. And wait. And wait. Enter Roseann and her A-Team. That's exactly what they are. The best! Roseann and I were in constant communication via email and phone since the beginning of my request. She was the very first person to contact me after I filled out my Homeadvisor request, and she was the very first person to come to my property and gave me a very, very reasonable quote on the work I wanted to have done (mow our jungle of a lawn and take out 20+ persynthia bushes that took over the property before we moved in). She and her team arrived on time, stayed late, and were extremely courteous and mindful of our desires. Our neighbors even came out and complimented their work several times throughout the day. They even provided very helpful suggestions regarding our driveway that we could DIY for $600 instead of spending $3000 to have it professionally repaired. The A-Team delivered that old school, small business, "I care about my customer and want to do what is right by them" feeling that many companies nowadays simply don't provide or don't care enough to attempt anymore. Bottomline: give the A-Team your business. You won't regret it.

Roseann was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Job was done soon after estimate, done thoroughly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

An excellent lawn service. No hard sell ("we only cut weekly cuz that's what we do"). They will cut to Your Schedule not their schedule. Yard crew does an excellent job and the cut is terrific. I should have done this years ago... They also will be removing some dead trees at an excellent quote. Stop looking...this is The One you want BTW - owner is a woman.

The A-Team arrived as scheduled and did a fabulous job on the flower beds around the house. These beds needed some serious work to deweed, trim the shrubs, general clean up and mulch. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Great work, high value, can't say enough.

Great communication and timeline of project completion. Cared about my property and making it look it's best.
