We discovered a slow leak in our old water heater. We checked the listings and reviews for the A team and had a call from them within a few minutes. The estimate was reasonable and the reviews looked good. Brian called to check on some specifics so his team could have the proper equipment with them. The technicians, Rich and Gary were professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and the work was done within a reasonable amount of time. In all, less than 4 hours from our initial call, the work was completed and our old heater disposed of. We were very pleased with the service and would use them again.

I needed a plus her to unclog my main sewer line. They had the lowest price by far. He showed up and attempted to snake it, it didn't work so he had to blow it out. This also did not work, another pro had to come out to assist. When they finally got it 2 hours later they discovered the town's sewer was overflowing. The sewage backed up into my basement. They not only tried to get things off the floor, but also tried to bail the water out the best they could. They called the town to come clean out their lines. They took pics for me and directed me what to do. They didn't charge me a cent extra. I'm sure they could have being the job went from a half our to a nightmare. One of the plumbers even broke his phone. He never dropped his professionalism. I am so impressed with these two gentlemen. They made a horrible situation a little easier to stomach. I highly recommend them. Good job A-TEAM.

Had them come out to look at a drainage issue. Looking forward to hiring them for a second job to fix dry wells around our home.

A-team's customer service is superb! Melissa responded in seconds after I submit a service request on HomeAdvisor. She's also very helpful after the installation (the technician set the heater to vacation mode but Melissa helped us set it to standard). A minor issue with the installation is that the technician probably turned our fire place's gas switch off (it was working days before the installation. But we're not 100% sure if it's him). If we have emergency needs in future, we'll definitely hire A-team.
