I had to keep calling them too get my appliances fixed tech said the dryer was hot and my fuse box needed to be replace.. Technician could only focus on one thing at a time! Customer service needs improvement

My biggest complaint is the service charge is $100. This does not go towards any repair or parts cost. I have used this company twice and really like the repair guy who was sent to my house. He is knowledgeable and kind, but the service cost seems so steep- especially if it is something that takes a few minutes to fix/diagnose-which in my case both time it was 100 for a 10 minute diagnose time.

Unfair and dishonest... I called for them to fix my Maytag dryer and they asked for Model and serial number and what the problem was with the dryer... I explained what the problem was... I told them my dryer was 14 or l5 years old... At this point I figured that they knew the information. Servicemen arrived and turned on the dryer and a few minutes later told me that my machine was too old to get parts to fix it... I told the serviceman that he should have know that before he took the call and charged me $99.00 for a service call... At least been honest enough to tell me on the phone that my machine was too old and just get a new dryer as the serviceman told me... The service call was unnecessary....Phyllis in Van Buren, AR.

Ronnie the technician was very knowledgeable and very prompt. He did the repair and checked to make sure it took care of the problem before leaving.

I would have liked to hear from the company for the estimate. Or a copy emailed to me as I asked the repair guy. But all was as requested and promised.

Home Advisor had to reach out to Atech to make them contact me to arrange for a service call. The expense for the installation of a $22.00 part of nearly $200 is way past what was expected.
