He showed up, took the money and haven't seen him since. When he did accidentally answer phone, he stated he would have part or refund but have never received call back. This has been going on since April!

I paid $150 to look at my refrig, and he made one possible repair out of two possibilities, as the second will be a more expensive repair. Good option. Freezer, I asked for a service after his examination he said the fan was rattling, if I was ok with the noise he say no reason to repair it.

Darrell was able to identify the issue, order the part and fix the problem charging a very fare price. I did have a few issues with non-returned email and phone calls and the drainage pipe was not placed down the drainage chute (washing machine) before he left the job.
