Vasily is very competent and reasonable. He seems trustworthy and imaginative. He's a man of integrity. He repaired and painted damaged stucco, he pasted wallpaper and installed an outdoor fan. We plan to use him on a few more immediate small jobs, and on at least three larger jobs when it's time to sell.
