A to Z Window Screening & Chimney Sweep

I hired A to Z to inspect and clean the chimney on my fireplace. They were professional. I received a phone call within minutes of indicating my interest. They checked in with me prior to our scheduled appointment. The person completing the service was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The service was completed quickly and he explained everything he did backed up by pictures of what he recommended for correction. Best of all, great care was taken to keep the area clean by putting down lots of tarps. I'm impressed.

3/24/16 the refractory panel will be replaced.

A to Z is totally professional. I received a call right away and a confirmation call the day of the cleaning. Josh did a terrific job. He was neat, professional, and did an inspection that ended up finding a few small problems he could fix while he was here. He followed up with some great tips on keeping our fireplace in top shape. A to Z Window Screens were a pleasure to work with right from the start beginning with their office staff when making the appointment for them to give me an estimate for six new screens and a screen door. The estimate and cost was right within the budget of what I wanted to spend. Their tech was highly professional and very kind to talk too. The screens were made and installed in a very timely manner, actually they were about a week ahead of schedule of their delivery date given on the estimate. There were no surprises or disappointment in the quality of the screens. They were exactly what was discussed during the estimate. They look great!

Aaron called and asked if he could arrive earlier than the appt time. Which was great. He cleaned and fixed our gas fireplace. It looks almost brand new. I was also interested in what else they had to offer. We are getting our dryer vent cleaned next week. And in the (hopefully not to distant) future we will be getting the security screen doors. I asked, he told us what they did. There was no hard sell. I would recommend A to Z!

Excellent work. Cleaned our chimney, told us that the cap would have to be replaced soon. It self-destructed a couple of weeks later in the first really bad storm. Mick came out in the pouring rain and in the dark to cover our chimney. They replaced the part - no more leaks. Thank you, A to Z!

They were courteous, friendly and very professional and I had my new screens in a timely manner. They went over the estimate in detail and told me that two of the window screens were in very good condition and didn't need replacing and left if up to me to opt out of purchasing something I really didn't need.. It's nice to know there are still businesses out there that don't just try to sell you something you don't need. I would most definitely use this company again.

Great job and done very professionally. Great customer service and also will send you a reminder for doing it again at the proper interval. Aaron said this was one of the largest lint piles he ever saw, and that our dryer duct vent was unusually long. Everything works great now.

Outstanding! They took the time to answer all of my questions and I got to watch "chimney cam" so that I could actually see what they were talking about when they explained the work that they did. Highly recommended.

They explained the process on detail on phone, showed up as scheduled, did everything promised, and cleaned up afterward. Reason for 4* value is that price seemed a bit high for the short time spent on the job.

They did an excellent job, I have schedule the next cleaning in advance and would recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

Job completed outside work, I didn't get time to inspect work completed until yesterday and there are a couple small gaps between window and screen allowing insects in. I will call and follow up.
