He was a plumber by trade and decided to see if he could develop some customers on the side. His drive and commitment over the next 16 years allowed him to expand the services he offered eventually evolving into TC Design and Build. "It was just me and word of mouth. I treated every customer as a referral. I began each job with the philosophy that customer service was, and always would be, my top priority."
