Cecil fixed an ongoing leak in the upstairs master bathroom shower and I have not had any issues since. He also replaced the bathtub rusted drains. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Leak was detected and work was done well. I should have been advised that the ownerof the company subcontracted out his work . I wasn't advised of this until I made out the check to another company. I thought the price of $275. For 1 hour was high. Appointment was for 8-9am and he came at 9:40. Plumber was courteous.

This professional does decent work at a good price, but contacting them after the job is very difficult. If you use this contractor, I suggest that you get two working phone numbers and a working email address. If you can do that, then they will do the work for you.

I needed the pressure valve replaced. The plumber put it on the wrong direction, the first time. When I asked them to take it away since it had not reduced the water pressure, they did dig it up to put it on the right way and fixed the problem. However, if I had simply taken their word for it, that it was fixed, I would have paid $250 for nothing ! Thank goodness I had a pressure gauge handy.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The work was done in a very short and it worked right away. The cost was twice as much as other estiimates that came in after I had already hired Top Notch. But by then I was o frustrated that I just wanted the work done and I took the first servicemagic respondent. They also did NOT given e the manufacturer's warranty or telephone number after the install was done. And I still do not have it.
