Just wanted to say I had Jermaine, the plumber from Topplng Plumbing,, come to my house yesterday and he fixed my kitchen facet, Then he had to install hot and cold facets connected with my wash machine. He did a very nice job. He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing and was very careful to clean up after each job. I have neveret Jermaine before. I needed a plumber and went to Angi list on my phone and picked him from a list of plumbers. I would rate him 5 star.

Jermaine has helped me out on several projects. He's great! Friendly, on time, reliable. Excellent plumber! I'm a Realtor and I always recommend Jermaine to customers.

I Highly recommend !!!! Came immediately after I frantically called because of a burst water pipe in my bathroom & the shut off valve would not stop the water completely. Jermaine did the repair with excellent results at a fair price.

Wow! We had a leaking water heater. As soon as I requested a plumber, I instantly heard from A Topping within minutes. Jermaine was able to come the same day. I now have a beautiful new water heater expertly installed! I recommend this company very highly.

Jermaine was very knowledgeable. He gave an estimated time of one hour for the job. He showed up on time and was done within an hour. I will definitely use this company for my next plumbing job.

Prompt response to my inquiry. Called and scheduled a day before - saving me weekend price point. Scheduled for early afternoon but was able to respond before lunch - thus freeing up the rest of my day to do other required chores.

professional and courteous. Explained in detail ( with I phone Pix) why faucet could not be installed as pictured by the mfg (problem with the sink itself) but got it installed anyway.

Courteous and prompt.

My rating is based on professionalism and quality as the person did fix the problem before he left, so it seemed. we had an overflowing toilet that plunging did not help. they came and snaked it and he tested it over and over before leaving, and after the guy left, it happened again so he came back and snaked the main line this time. It seemed ok but it is doing the same thing again. I think we have a bigger problem than just the clogged toilet as other things are happening now. He was very professional and helpful but I think we need more work done as other drains get clogged periodically that I did not have him look at and I was trying to do a quick fix on something that needs more. I plan on calling them again for an estimate.

Charged me $130 for a house call, ordered a part for me that was covered by my warrenty, then wanted another $165 to come back. Then when the part came and needed installed, they told me they couldn't do the job with no explanation. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Mr Franklin was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again if I have any other issues.
