They could improve professional skills by understanding the customer need, being transparent and bringing right tools after listening to customer so as to build trust. Customer service is very understanding and agreed to refund $200 by keeping remaining for the visit expenses.

Brenden did such a great job! He was professional, quick, and efficient, too! He has such a nice disposition, and answered all our questions without hesitation. Of course, we wish plumbing was cheaper, but overall, it was well worth the money. We used to have to keep the water to the hoses turned off, because the leaks were so bad. Turning on the water to them meant having to go to the basement every time we watered the flowers or washed the car. Also we had to crouch down under the deck to turn on the hoses. Now, Brenden moved our faucet bib to a better location, and it is great! Thank you Brenden! Well done!

Stuart arrived at the designated time , assessed the problem. Told me what he was going to do and what it would cost to repair a bathroom toilet. He inspected the rest of the house plumbing and said no other problems found. He was a professional and easy to get along with. He was very clean in his work with no messes left behind. The bathroom looks and works good as new.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
