My experience started with Ken Heyde whom was referred by a coworker. He was knowledgable, friendly and patient and offered a suitable replacement with a very competitive pricing for complete replacement of my Aircondition system. Then today a team of experienced installers came to install the system. They were experienced, knowledgeable, very polite and knew what to do. Toward the end, their supervisor came to make sure was done properly and made sure we were satisfied with the installation process.

Requested services to fix a dishwasher leak. Unfortunately, the dispatcher/scheduler did not understand the issue. A plumber was sent that could not fix the dishwasher where the leak was detected.
The swrvice tech Noah was polite and knowledgeable. There was no charge for the appointment.

Robby was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had our air conditioning working perfectly again in no time. He was great at explaining what the issue was, how he came to his conclusion and how he was going to fix the problem. When technicians are knowledgeable and explain what the situation is, it makes it a lot easier for me to pay for what needs fixing.
Oh, and my two gigantic dogs loved him and he gave them lots of attention.
If anything goes wrong with my HVAC again, I will be sure to ask for Robby!

came and repair my irrigation system, they charge 1600 dollars and 20 moths later the same leak appears and they wanted to charge me full price again, the service tech told me that they were not qualified/certified for that kind of work but offer to try to fix again anyway

Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. They were the only company I contacted willing to have someone come out Saturday night. Others would not send a tech. Thanks for taking care of this for me.
