my expericece with a touch of glass was not good at all, I always had to tell the company what to do, because they were not doing the job right, and also broke personal very valubale material in home, and i will never use a touch of glass agian, the cleaning was not good at all.

These people were very professional both during the interview process and during the actual cleaning of my home. They did a detailed, deep cleaning of my entire home and did an outstanding job of it. They were very careful when handling my decorative objects. They were very friendly nice people and I have nothing but great praise for their work. I am going to continue to use their service and would highly recommend them to others.

The employees were very personable but the job done was not thorough. We hired them to clean the bathroom and kitchen and some of the basics like the floor and sinks were great...but we hired professional cleaners because we wanted the place really clean. When I went to grab the handle of the fridge it was sticky...I took some 409 to it and it was fine. None of the cabinets or drawers were wiped out and there was grime in the bath tub that came off easily when I attemped to clean if after the cleaners left. Maybe is was a communication issue as far as what the price included but even so, I was bummed. The place was DEFINATELY cleaner after they left but I was really dissapointed overall.

I had some communication problems at first but they were very flexible with my requests and a last minute change in schedule. The work on the house took longer than anticipated but they were very thorough in their cleaning both carpet and furnishings.

We are very happy with the prices that were provided. The crew was very friendly and professional paying great attention to details. This was a first time complete house cleaning and a rather big job. We are looking forward to working with A Touch of Glass on a regular basis and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for superior service, whether it being house cleaning, window washing, or pressure washing of the exterior. The customer service was excellent!
