"It's really sad, when you do additional work and bring in additional sod and not charge the customer for these services also respond back immediately rack to email and try to take care of a problem that a customer has. For Mr. King, we did additional work Trimming his front yard palms, Mowing his lawn with his mower because he had to busy at work, oh yea bringing in at our cost additional sod for him without charge. The day we left the project the stones were leveled, the next 4 days we had an enormous amount of rain Mr. King called me and told me 1 plant had died. I met with him, we looked at the stepping stones he was trying to find where it was uneven It took him a while to find 1 stone had a slight movement (when we did our estimate I told him that because we were not putting cement on edges just landscape edging there could be some seepage of sand, exactly what happened., When went back we replaced 3 plants because I felt they also should be replaced and repaired the stepping stone . I called up a paver contractor and he told me to leave additional sand on top of the stones so the when it rained that night some of the sand would go into the spaces to help fill in the areas that could be lost for a large amount of rain. I never received a call or email from Mr. King telling me that he had any other problems. If he had we would have addressed any issue and as for as cost he has no idea of what it cost to do business or the amount of work that was done on at his property. It was a very fair price and with the additional cost for labor and materials he got a good price"
