Showed up on time. Was very professional and sold me just the locks I needed for my type of frame. The locks are working great and I’ve had no issues with them.

Jay was very polite and had a great sense of humor, knew exactly what my issue with and fixed it. Then he checked it numerous times to make sure it was done right and asked me to do the same.

A key to my front door/deadbolt was losram. They came out the same day, within an hour of initial contact! Re-keyed my locks, plus gave me the number of keys I wanted/needed. Extremely happy with their prompt, courteous service!

Really great experience working with tri county lock. Fair pricing and saved us a lot of time and frustration. We just bought our house and it has some older hardware that would've been really difficult to re-key. Our options were explained to us, with budget in mind and we are very pleased with the work. Called w/in 15 minutes of posting my request. Technician came early that same afternoon @ my request. Changed out 2 locks & 1 dead bolt & re-keyed a third lock to match other 2. Technician did excellent job & even made the existing dead bolt opening larger for a smoother operation. Pricing was very fair.
