I like the worked that was done and I hired them on a regular to cut my yard.

I highly recommend this person, he does good work. If you were to hire him I’m sure you won’t regret it, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll get your money’s worth. Great experience from start to finish! He was able to take care of my yard the same day I requested the service, which I really appreciated. The quality of work was excellent, and his customer service was truly top notch. Highly recommend!

Good at delivering excuses but terrible at getting a job done on time. He left a message that he would come back to make adjustments and that was the last we heard from this joker. The quality of workmanship is substandard and the results were so shoddy that another outfit was hired to come in and fix all of the mistakes. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with this guy.

I was not satisfied with the job. I tried to contact the company, however, I never received a call. I think Mr. Ray should have had a chance to correct the things I have spoken of before I gave this review, however, he never contacted me.

I got an appt the same day I contacted them. They were on time. Very respectful and they did great work. They cut more trees than what I wanted and left a lot of small stumps. I have two very active dogs that run around in that area. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them!!

Company was very professional

I am a retired Army Vet, Bottom line upfront. The owner Mr. James Ray is dedicated to customer service and A and T Services display focuses on the customer. Details: I took bids on a Saturday. Mr. Ray was slated to arrive at my home at 9 am. Due to an emergency call to remove a fallen tree from a different customer Mr. Ray called to tell me he would be by later in the day. When he arrived he was carting roughly 2 tons of trees and he and his team were exhausted. Dedication to the customer was clear. Mr. Ray quoted a very fair price. After receiving other bids I decided on Mr. Ray not only for price, but the speed of service and customer dedication. Mr. Ray arrived on Monday in the morning with his team. He was concerned the machinery he would use would disturb my daughters online studies (which they did not). By 1 pm Monday the old lawn was gone. On Tuesday Mr. Ray again arrived early, this time with the sod. By noon the job was done and I went from having an eyesore property to what will soon be the best lawn on the block. Mr. Ray did underestimate (by only two patches) the full lawn sod coverage and returned with the additional sod needed to finish the front. Bottom line, A and T services is a responsive, customer-oriented local business that deserves a chance to bid on your project. Times are tough and plenty of people are not working, Mr. Ray and his team are working hard and providing great service. As a military veteran, I appreciate this and will hire A and T for my next project. Many thanks!

I was looking for a company to install drainage in my backyard. HomeAdvisor recommended A and T services and Mr. James Ray, the owner, contacted me. On Tuesday, Mr. Ray came out to my home, measured the area, and gave me the cost estimate of the project. Once we agreed on the project, Mr. Ray assured us that he would be there on Saturday and would finish up on Sunday. First problem: Mr. Ray did not show up on Saturday. Apparently, he was working a previous job that took longer. We cut him some slack on this mishap. On Sunday, after 3 hours of work WITH an additional employee present, only the route for the drainage was the dugout. I spoke with him again as the project was to be completed by Sunday evening. I was reassured that the drain would be completed by Monday. However, when Monday arrived, the worker came for about an hour and left. Never did any work or touched the drainage all day. I paid 30% upfront to Mr. James Ray, I spoke with Mr. Ray later that afternoon and asked what was going on with the drainage and why it was not completed. He responded saying his subcontractor told him the job was done. It CLEARLY was not. The pipe was not in the ground, the bag of rocks was sitting on my front lawn, and there was still water and piles of dirt all over my backyard from their digging. Mr. Ray said he called the subcontractor and again they said the job was done and he had paid them in full. After realizing we were serious, Mr. Ray assured us he would be in the very next day to finish the job himself. He came by, saw the unfinished work, and apologized profusely. He even compensated me for the inconvenience. Overall, I was not satisfied with the job at all. I can attest that Mr. Ray was polite, respectful, and adept at his job, even when the subcontractors did not finish the job. However, overall, I am not satisfied.

Mr. Ray and his crew were extremely polite and professional. As they worked, they developed efficient ideas unique to my terrain and drainage needs that ultimately saved me money. Quality work by a small company that genuinely cares about the customers long term satisfaction.

Easy to work with, they had a guy out immediately, did the job quickly and thoroughly.
