I was excited to have my backyard cleaned up. I got an email asking me to set up auto pay and that if I paid in full my appointment would be locked in. I was only in need one time i was giving an appointment. I paid in full a total of 379.50 279.50 yard work and 100 to have items taking way. After I paid in full I received a call, not an email that my appointment had been changed to the 6 of September unsteady of the 2nd. I was concerned because I or my husband would be home the lady convinced me they did not need me to be there. On the 6 they can and did a great job but the items to be removed were left on the property. I left a message on all 3 numbers for the company because, at 3 pm, I could not get anyone on the phone. I asked to be contacted about the issue. No one called they came the next day and removed the items but they also removed an item that wasnt supposed to be removed and that cant is replaced a 100-year-old tree trunk that was used as a table stand. They spoke with my 18-year-old son. If they would have done the job hired for this would have not happened. Or had they contacted me I would have scheduled to be home for the pickup. Good work but horrible customer service and I only received an email blaming my son for my item that was taking to the landfill already.

I had Augusta lawn care come to my home to mow/seed my lawn. Today was the first day of service and they did a great job!! I will definitely be using them the rest of this year!

Did not a completely complete the job for yard clean-up, it was very unsatisfactory. Weekly mowing they only showed up once but charged me for times they were a no show. Now, I have to pay another company to finish my lawn cleanup project after paying them in full.
