Dan and nick were. Very nice and polite, felt very comfortable and confident about their ability to mount my 65 inch tv above my fire place. They cleaned up everything and put it in the box the tv came in.i would highly recommend them 1000% Thank you Dan!!!

Dan and the AVCAS team did a great job for a home entertainment upgrade project I had that was multi-faceted and across multiple rooms. They are extremely professional, flexible and patient and provide expertise that's tough to find. I would say that if you're planning a large to medium-size home entertainment upgrade or project, at least give them a call to hear their suggestions and options. In this day and age, home entertainment is extremely high-tech and I knew it needed to be done right, so that's why AVCAS was chosen. There's a lot that can go wrong or not go right, so you quite often need a professional to carry out your desired project correctly, avoiding mistakes that can last well into the future.

Good quality of work. Customer service could improve. No interaction during the course of a day. I was not present and had no idea what was going on. I thought the work was complete by 5 PM and only found out at 7 PM that they were still in my office. No communication about what happened and nobody called me afterwards.
