We agreed that my new fence would be sprayed/rolled with a semi-transparent stain that I had already purchased. The day the work was to be done, one worker showed up with a 4" brush. He was going to handbrush the entire fence. When I called and questioned what happened to our agreement, he said that this worker was very fast and would have the 200' fence done in no time. After insisting that he hold to our agreement, he delivered a worker with a sprayer. The final product? Uneven application, runs, fencing behind shrubs left unpainted, and 30% of the top rail unpainted. I chose to drag out the ladder and finish the project myself.
