Vitaliy did a great job reconstructing my bathroom and garage. He was reliable and thorough. He did a great job matching paint colors - unique lavender in bathroom - matched perfectly. The results are gorgeous. He went out of his way to help out with anything needed and was also very time efficient. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future and I highly recommend AVT construction.

I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size. Unfortunately, I have had multiple terrible experiences with people in the industry and it has shaken my trust. From the beginning, however, Vitaliy did everything he could to earn that trust and show me that there are still amazing, kind, honorable people left in this world. He took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable in the process and to reassure me that he cared about what he was doing and that we were going to be happy with it. Oh and did I mention that when we started this project I was 6.5 months pregnant and had a HUGE timeline to meet. Vitaliy told me before we started that he would do everything in his power to make sure we were finished before baby arrives. "You won't be disappointed", he said. And guess what- we are moved back into our house and baby is due next month and we are beyond happy with all the work he did for us. His communication and attention to detail has been absolutely stellar. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better contractor. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Vitaliy and everything he managed to do for us in such a short timeframe. I got to spend a lot of time with him and consider him to be more of a friend. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him. I can't thank him enough for making this process go so smoothly during a very stressful time in our lives. I appreciate everything you did for us more than you know.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy company, not to mention a kind, respectful, good communication and good person, Vitaliy owner of AVD Construction is who I highly recommend. Our project started as an owner build ADU garage conversion. We interviewed 3 subcontractors for each initial trade. Vitaliy was initially interviewed for framing, it was immediately evident that he was very knowledgeable about construction and codes. His pricing was fair and within other quotes, so we hired him. After a couple visits, and reviews of blueprints we discovered that Vitaliy was a general contractor. Since we were early on in our project, we would have him bid at each step, which we would choose him every time. As the project progressed Vitaliy would catch errors, by other trades and engineering. Most of these catches saved us time and money. There were times that he would fix some of these errors to help us out and save time. There is a specific example that comes to mind. Concrete sub had just poured their concrete, they took off the garage side door and our larger garage door wouldn't close. I was feeling very uneasy about having access to our garage and home from the street. Vitaliy pulled the door out of the pile of trash, cut it down to fit in opening, put hinges back on and wired garage door closed. I think he could see how happy and grateful I was, I remember saying "I think I'll be able to sleep tonight." Vitaliy said "treat other people's home like it's your own." That really stuck with me. Vitaliy made suggestions along the way, that made sense and often was overlooked by our novice eyes. He explained things, so that we could understand, he taught us so much. We are so grateful and lucky to have found him. We went on to hire AVD Contruction to frame, drywall, tape/mud walls, completely tile 2 bathrooms (floors and showers), Install 2 French doors, windows, all vents, stucco entire sides where new doors and windows were installed, plumb our kid's bathroom. Vitaliy was there for every inspection. Every job he took on, he and his workers were respectful, communicated each step of the way and they always treated our home like it was their own. If I had to do it again, I would have hired AVD Construction to do the whole project.

I canâ t praise Vit and his crew enough! We are so happy with the results of them removing our load baring wall. Vit really goes above and beyond with his customer service. His honest pricing was just the cherry on top!

Vitaliy demoâ d and rebuilt my second story balcony/deck and did a fantastic job. He is friendly and easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He made many suggestions that made the final product stronger and more stable while looking very nice indeed! He completed the construction in a single day but returned the next day to thoroughly clean up the work site. We had an excellent experience with AVD Construction and wonâ t hesitate to recommend Vitaliy to all our friends and neighbors!

I have always done my own carpentry electrical tile plumbing but due to age and physical limitations I was concerned about hiring out the removal of a key load bearing header and wall. Vic and I went into the attic and he explained to me his approach to this project he understood the engineering right away he and his Nephew David a very polite young courteous and professional young man finished this job in one day including cleaning up the area and hauling the scrap material away. I highly recommend Vitaliy and would hire him again with no hesitation, he has mastered his trade and skill sets very well. Great job Vitaliy keep it up!

I thought that Vitaliy was very professional. I also appreciated the fact that he listened to my input but also provided his information bout as well. He did great work and was very reliable and worked fast.
