For the price i paid. I was totally disappointed. I call this company because i didn't want the hassle of reading a manual an doing the job myself. I had to call and request a follow up because job wasn't performed to expert level.

This client was not clear about wanting some unusual things like SA CD which is a dead format. Once this was made clear, We went back and performed this task within 12 hours of being made aware of it. We even did some additional programming on his remote at no charge but some people can't be pleased I guess.

They came out next day. A little pricey but did a good job. Job lasted longer than they thought. Having surround sound system wired up and mouted. They seemed a little frustrated that they were there that late so when tuning receiver my sub woofer had a hum in it and they said it was either my sub or my receiver but did not want to see which one. Now I am stuck without a sub and don't know if it is the sub or receiver. The rest of the work was done first class though.

This was a double wall (2 story ) drop for all speakers. Every thing had to be retro wired. We asked client if he was satisfied, he said he was very satisfied and that we really satisfied his needs and he thanked us very much. apparently he has changed his mind. We will be happy to trouble shoot his sub woofer problem by bring out another receiver and sub woofer as a control example. This was not requested and would cost more money.
