"Hello, thank you for your review. The pipe was leaking prior to the start of the abatement work. We have photos of the pipe insulation showing yellow staining. Because asbestos insulation absorbs moisture, there was no visible water on the floor. Additionally, we do not use grinding methods to remove asbestos pipe insulation. If you would like, I can provide photos for your reference. Thank you."
