AVP Arch | Draft | Plan | Design

This is our first Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), and I initially felt confused and anxious about collaborating with architects. A builder recommended Arthur to handle the design and permit plans for our 950 square foot ADU in Roseville, CA. After reviewing several designers, we concluded that Arthur was the most honest and the best match for our needs. He was consistently transparent and had extensive experience working with the city on revisions. We held multiple Zoom meetings to discuss the project, and we greatly valued his expertise and knowledge. Arthur was always available to answer any questions during construction and even assisted with resubmitting the solar application. Great job, Arthur! We are currently looking for vacant land to build a duplex, and you will be the designer for that project.

Arthur took the lead on my ADU conversion project and added in an exterior deck conversion to top off the experience. He made the entire process fun and painless. Really appreciated his professionalism Alison and attention to detail.
