I am so impressed with Jon and AV Pro Design. The time and attention that I was shown prior to the job was outstanding. I called four contractors, and Jon was head and shoulders better than the others. It really set me at ease, and I felt very comfortable about moving forward with this company. I was very hesitant on a few things, being ignorant to a lot of the technology involved. Jon explained things in a way that I could understand. I really enjoyed working with him and will definitely be giving him more business in the future. As far as my actual theater set-up, it is PHENOMENAL! I am soooo happy with the work. I give AV Pro Design my highest recommendation!

Jon and his partner were GREAT to work with. Efficient, professional....so good that we then hired them to install daughter s security system. He s also quick to respond when we have problems with our Smart TV. Not his fault, just me being untechy!

Jon ran new wiring throughout our house, updating us to the latest technology, and gave his recommendations on how to move forward with future decisions. He even saved us a few hundred dollars by the design of his install, so that we did not buy some unnecessary equipment! I have spoken to both Jon, Randy, and feel comfortable dealing with either one - they are both super nice, professional, do great work, and seem to really know their stuff!
