I am very pleased, he was a very polite guy towards me. He was reactive to my needs, I am a TV media guy myself; he complied openly with much professionalism. I had him install off air, Ethernet, Direct TV and phone equipment for me. Arden was most meticulous about keeping all dust to a minimal, I've got light color carpet that he was conscience of.
