quality of workmanship/knowledge/equipment quality/quick/clean/excellent finished product the only down side of the whole experience and outcome was the fact that they did not arrive even once on time or even close

I highly recommend Impact Audio & Video. I submitted a request to install my 58" plasma tv in the morning, and Joseph was able to install it the same day!! Also, he charged me less than what I expected. Best Buy charges $350 to mount a TV which is the basic installation. Joseph charged me less AND hid my cables in my wall so the installation looks CLEAN! I'll definitely be referring anyone and everyone to him!
