I needed a television mounted, and Alex and Marty were experienced, courteous and professional. The quote was very clear and explained each line item, and the final work looks great. They mounted the television and ran power through a crawlspace below. Couldn't be happier with the final result. I'll use them in the future for sure.

Overpriced, dishonest, poor communication. I had AVS Digital Lifestyles run 10 drops in a new construction home with 2 lines per drop but they instead overcharged me for 20 drops total. They tried to cut corners by running groups of wires where it would save time for them but be in the way of other subcontractors that needed to do their work. After drywall was installed I called them multiple times to come out and finish the lines and trim out the outlets. It took a month for them to get back to me by which time I had already hired another low voltage contractor to finish the job.

"I do apologize you feel that way. I tried to work with you but you were being very unreasonable sir. The wiring that was in the way of the other contractors was all the audio wiring you had ran yourself for your whole home audio system. If you don't recall we were there doing our job while you were there running your cluster of wiring. Also if I recall correctly you sure did have a lot of questions for us about what you were doing. Since we are the professionals I was happy to stop what we were doing to help you out. The only drops we ran was for cable and network jacks in each room. And yes we did charge you for each cable we ran which is a total of 20 cables (10 Drops/ 2 per room). The cost of Category 6 network cable and Quad Shield RG6 is more expensive due to the higher quality of the wire. Unlike many other companies, I am very thorough when I put my estimates together and itemize each room instead of just having everything on the estimate with just one final price at the bottom of the page. In that case, you don't know what cost is going where. Perhaps that is where you got confused because I had each room with two line items and the cost for each item under that room. The trim out and termination of cables are not included in a pre-wire. Which is why it is called a pre-wire and not trim out. Once again I apologize that you feel the way you do. I have been in this business for 10+ years and my 30 plus 5 Star reviews, as well as my work history, speaks for itself."

Alex came out with his team on time and on budget. He worked with us for a great price and quality installation. It is not easy to find a network specialist who can work with CAT5 and make ATT WIFI work in a large house. Alex knew what to do and the materials we needed to make our house a network again. We are very pleased.

I would advise ordering your parts through them: less confusion; it would've eliminated AVS coming out a second time to install a mount (I purchased) that was incorrect the first time around.

: When Alex first came to my home to mount my TV, etc. to the wall, everything was great. However, less than 2 months later, when the components started to fall off the wall, he was hard to reach. I text and called Alex for several weeks asking him to please come repair my mount, but he was either out of the country, didn't get my message (text), or just never showed up. I began texting Alex on April 13, 2017 - this went on until May 25, 2017 - still no repairs. On May 25, 2017, Alex text me stating that someone would be available the following day to come take care of the repairs. I'm still waiting. For the money, over $500.00 to mount 1 TV and components, I don't feel the service lived up to the cost.

3 words: BEST IN CLASS. Alex and his team mounted my 80 inch tv and my 65 inch tv. I couldn't be happier. I researched 3 tv mounting services on Home-Adviser. I put in my request at 8:00pm.
