Owner and staff were very friendly and professional. When I put my request in to Angi, this was the first person to reach out. He came to the house to review the job; explained everything they would do and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him. What was really nice, is that I only speak English, and he speaks mostly Spanish, but he had software on his phone that translated, so there was never an issue with communication. When I wasn't home while they worked, but my roommate was, they kept in touch via text. Any issues he found were presented immediately so we could discuss and get them resolved. He always answered any new questions I had quickly. He did a walkthrough once finished to make sure I was happy with the results. They did everything as promised, and on time. My house looks great. I have 2 neighbors who have decided to get quotes from him for work on their homes. I would use them again for additional projects. Before and after photos attached.

They did a fantastic job repairing our vinyl siding after finding initial builders did a poor job with installation. He came out and quickly finished the job - no hassle. Will be calling again.

I had composite wood/cardboard panels on each side of my home that went above the stucco to the soffit that were rotting at the bottom. He recommended hardy cement board siding. I called Mr. Osorio last Tuesday and he was at my house at 7:30 Saturday morning. His crew had both sides removed and they put the new boards up in only a half a day. I watched as their experience was evident in how great they did!! Super nice people!! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Very fair price!! Super happy about that! No complaints, just honest guys getting the work done. Don't hesitate if you have any siding problems, call Mr. Osorio, no need to call around, he is fair and upfront. They really care about what they do. I tried to upload before and after pics but they were too large.

A&V Services was excellent. We needed some wood replaced and exterior painting . They completed the wood work quickly and paid close attention to details . Second crew came in pressured cleaned , primed and painted . All work down within a few days . Excellent results! 10 out of 10 would recommend

From start to finish the project was handled with the utmost professionalism. Asdrubal Osorio kept me informed at all times concerning the progress of the project. I expected to get a repair on a building that was in horrible condition and ended up with a total renovation that surpassed my expectations.

Cement skirting was falling apart, and we decided to replace with vinyl skirting. Asdrubal gave us a very competitive quote and 3 other contractors were much higher. After the work was started, he discovered that the framing was rusted and had to be replaced which raised the price a little bit, but not bad. I would give 4.5 stars because of some communication challenges, but he always clarified before proceeding and I am happy with the work that was done. Great experience with A&V Services 7 LLC. Mr. Osorio replaced damaged wood and fiber cement siding and did excellent work. He communicated clearly throughout the process, finished within the time he quoted, left the area clean, and the before-and-after results were noticeably improved. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
