I was impressed with their honesty. Another company claimed we had mold and needed a duct cleaning. AVU had a lower price by phone, but they said there was no mold and no need for cleaning when they got here. I saved hundreds of dollars.

He responded and came out within a couple hours, charged the least for a dispatch fee out of the 4 companies I called, and got my unit back on line super fast.
