Working with James was unexpected, and only in positive ways. We have never worked with a contractor who communicated as well as he did. James addressed every concern as soon as we voiced them, constantly updated us in status - even multiple times a day due to uncooperative weather leading up to the original work date. James replied to all our emails, text messages, and phone calls when we had any. His team worked quickly and thoroughly. James immediately followed up as each stage of project completed. It is very obvious his top concern is to make sure we are 100% happy with service provided through every step of project. In the follow up after project was done, James and his lead on project voluntarily came out to make some last touch ups for color match purposes after the sealant dried. A Veteran Home Detailing definitely exceeded our expectations and has earned the right for our future business!

I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. After showing James what I needed done, he made a recommendation which helped me save money and allowed me to put that towards another project. They do quality work and explained fully what needed to be done. They took the time to explain if additional steps needed to be taken and why. I would definitely use them again.

He came to my house as scheduled and on time. I was impressed with his professionalism. He started the job and completed in a timely manner. While he was here he checked out another job for me. I may keep him busy for a while.

James was amazing. Such a respectful and honest gentleman. He communicates quickly and often to make sure you are aware of the scope of work, price, and timing. His prices are truly lower than what would be expected of the quality. Not only did I hire him for the gutter cleaning but then asked him to install gutter guards. He did it perfectly. He went above and beyond by recommending trimming the shingles to allow better water flow. He rescheduled the fix even though I did not ask or recognize the problem. On top of all that, he brought hornet spray to get rid of the nests I didnt see forming. All of this and not one cent more than what was originally agreed upon.
