Vintage took a job I had started and then found out the job was over my head. I originally called this company and turned their bid down THINKING I could handle it myself. I totally expected them to sock it to me and they could have. But instead a superb technician came out with a kind attitude and a world of knowledge. My garage opener stopped working after 8 years and I expected it needs replacement. I purchased a new one in home depot so Doug can install it. Doug told me that its the spring door that needs replacement because its broken. Doug was very honest. He could have told me that both the spring door and garage opener need to replaced. On top of this, he gave me a 10% discount for being a military veteran after I showed him my USAA card, I highly recommend Vintage garage door company.
