Andrew did interior and exterior painting at our home. His work was well done, as he is very neat. He went right to work and barely come up for air. He is efficient and unobtrusive while working. One aspect of our interior work was painting a newly-installed, factory finished door. Because the manufacturer indicated the door could, in fact, be paint a different color, Andrew set about to find the best way to accomplish this without affecting the integrity of the door. He did the research and the outcome is lovely. Homeowners will be pleased with his punctuality, workmanship, and professionalism and so I recommend his painting service to all who are interested in those qualities.

Andrew was a total pleasure to work with. it makes a huge difference to have someone around the nice who is a genuinely nice and interesting person. His assistant Chris was also terrific. In addition to being nice guys, Andrew and Chris did a great job painting our house. I would use them again in an instant. And I do not always write nice reviews... I am quite persnickety, so I really mean this.

AWG is extremely careful and has great craftsmanship. He does much of the work himself. When he needs help, he uses excellant people. His pricing was in the middle of the quotes.

Andrew did an AMAZING job on my home - he did interior walls and ceilings, exterior walls, and casement windows. Fantastic attention to detail, great customer service. I would use him again in a flash.

I've had work for a number of contractors and handymen, and Andrew stands out as unique both for the quality of his work and for his manner. I initially asked Andrew to only a paint a few rooms at our new house, but I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to stay on and paint the whole interior. His preparation is meticulous--fixing every crack and bump in the plaster. The walls and the trim look perfect, and he was helpful in picking colors and prioritizing which work needed to be done and what I could get away with not doing (e.g., some of the trim was in pretty good shape, and he didn't try and talk me into painting it.) He cleans up at the end of every day so that our house has remained livable throughout the project. Watching him work makes me see the difference a professional makes! And speaking of professional, his professional manner is even more remarkable. He's completely reliable, quick and clear in verbal and written communication, and he answers emails and phone calls promptly and courteously. He has reasonable rates, does the work in a timely way, and has been responsive to feedback. He has gone beyond any reasonable expectation on several occasions both before and after we moved in (e.g., made sure that our packages were arriving and safely tucked inside, and helped me disconnect my old stove when I was having a new one delivered). I was concerned that I don't see a lot of reviews for him on service magic, but I think this is because he's new to the site. I asked him to provide references, and he had plenty. I'd be happy to serve as a reference for him myself; I can't imagine anyone doing a more satisfactory job.
