Phenomenal service, exceptional pricing, and lightning fast response times. AW Plumbing was truly remarkable! They were professional, empathetic, and exceeded all expectations. I started out with what I thought was going to be a simple drain cleaning and discovered the pipes were damaged under the house and needed to be replaced. They were conscious and took additional steps to minimize the mess associated with cutting out floors and making such a repair. As they opened the floor, they discovered other non-plumbing related problems, they sprang into action and helped us coordinate with other companies to get the job done the next day. When they were finished, they even cleaned the walls and replanted the plants that were displaced in the process. I was astonished by the exceptional level of service and their attention to detail. the guys suffered thru the hottest time of the year and still completed job with cheerful dispositions.

They do not return calls when they say they will, appointment canceled often, apparently they have only 2 plumbers. Would not recommend. 3 weeks have gone by and the new faucets are still not installed. Hopefully Monday????

They arrived on time as promised, diagnosed my problem, and advised me that I did not need the drain cleaning that I thought was necessary. Their people were very professional and thorough.

Great employees.. polite and knowledgeable...very satisfied with the work ... may be a bit pricey but I did not get other quotes just googled averages.. did not come at times they promised and that would have been fine if they had just called but I had to contact them... over all though I would definitely recommend them to others and will call them with any plumbing needs in the future!

What I hoped would be a repair turned out to be a replace. I didn't get to pick it out the new hardware, and they installed a product of their selection with no brand visible. The quality seems fine, but if you care about brand/model, be sure to bring that up with them. They were on time and very personable.
