Horrible service. Needed my washer machine fixed because the motor went out. It?s still covered under warranty and they said they could fix it once LG sends the part. Said it would take a week to receive it and I had to keep calling the company back to get an updated. Never called back and every time I called it was a different excuse as to why they hadn?t heard back from LG. It now has been over a month they still haven?t gave me an update for when LG will send the part. I called another company last to do the same process and they received the part today. Horrible service from AWS

The repairman did not fix the problem. The dish washer does not clean dishes .HE SAID ALL IT NEEDED WAS A GOOD CLEANING. There is a simple TEST to check out a dishwasher that does not clean dishes. You place a glass right side up in the top rack and run the washing cycle. If there is no water in the glass you likely have a malfunction in the pump that can not be fixed by a good cleaning. This is basic dishwasher problem solving 101. I share it with you so you can make the correct call the next time.Feel free to call anytime if I can keep anyone else from the pain I have had it will be my pleasure. Don C.
